1. The Quote

All quotes provided are subject to physical inspection. Our manual expert review of your photos provides a highly accurate estimate, but the final offer is confirmed upon receipt and testing of the device.

2. Device Ownership

You must be the legal owner of the device you are selling. We do not purchase lost or stolen property and use CheckMEND to verify the status of every device.

3. Shipping & Insurance

We provide Royal Mail Special Delivery labels. Your device is insured up to £750 during transit when using our provided labels.

4. Payments

Payments are made via Faster Payments directly to your bank account on the same day the device arrives and passes inspection.
